Here's
Nelson Flores of Descarga Latina social dancing with Diana, previously
of Cultural Expression in New Jersey.
What I remember most about Diana are her precise spins and how
clear cut her dance technique is; and Nelson Flores? Hmmm... let
me think... the first time I met him was in Toronto in April 2000
(just when we started the website, TOsalsa.com), he impressed
us the most with his shine workshop that was broken down so well
and with a great sense of humour. He also has a great dance troupe
(and a really friendly bunch) called "Descarga Latina"
and was one of the co-founders of "Latin Madness" --
Need I say more?
And who poked his face in my camera? Well of course it had to
be one of the Descarga Latina dancers, Steve Seda. |
