| Well,
this was one of my highlights of the evening. While I was interviewing
Oro Solido, I asked them if there were different styles of merengue
dancing. Most salsa dancers would agree it's usually not our favourite
style of dancing, even though there are alot of great Merengue
songs; but some of my friends have told me that I would fall in
love with Merengue if I went on a vacation in the Dominican Republic
where it's really popular. So lucky me, I got a chance first-hand
to experience the "real" Merengue and they allowed us
to videotape it. |
