The Edmonton members of Salsa Team Canada volunteered and contributed
to the success of the 3rd annual Edmonton Salsa Congress. During the three
day event the team members greeted all guests and where in charge of the
coat check. It was here that the Edmonton public was informed about our
upcoming trip and our representation of Canada in Puerto Rico. Throughout
the workshops and the evening socials the team provided dancers with water.
At the same time, the members demonstrated their support for each other.
The Edmonton members displayed their commitment and love for salsa through
their effort, contribution, and memorabilia of Team Canada which they
dispensed all over the auditorium.

than other major Canadian city, has the longest stretch of urban parkland
in Canada, which is 12 times larger than New York City's Central Park.
Edmonton is the largest city situated on the Trans-Canada/Yellowhead
Highway which accesses more National and Provincial Parks than any other
route across Western Canada; two of Canada's National Parks - Elk Island
and Jasper - and nine Provincial Parks are within easy driving distance.
Edmonton offers more shops per capita than any other Canadian city.;
West Edmonton Mall is the largest shopping and entertainment complex
in the world. Here, you can visit the world's largest indoor amusement
park, explore the newest SEGA Playdium in North America, explore the
depths of the sea, frolic in the world's largest indoor waterpark, skate
on the same ice used by the Edmonton Oilers hockey team, play a round
of golf, practice your golf drive, watch a movie in one of the 35+ movie
theatres, or shop and take advantage of one of the 800 stores and services
the mall has to offer.
