After hearing some of international instructors (Edie, Mario...) rave about the Israeli Congress, I decided I had to check it out for myself. What makes this congress different? Start with a beautiful all-inclusive hotel with a lagoon-like pool surrounded by mountains and only a 10 minute walk from the Red Sea. Add gorgeous humidity free 30C/86F sunshine every day, and you have the perfect setup.

The atmosphere made it even more special: The warm attitude of the dancers, the welcome party by the pool, the Friday parade down the strip and the hilarious last workshop on Saturday. Also, while many congresses 'claim' to go all night, this ones actually does: I dropped at 6am but they kept on going - expect a party!

I took over 3000 digital pictures, which took a long time to filter down to about 700. And this does not even include the night-time dance parties when I danced as opposed to photographed.

Enjoy the photos!

(Mental note for next year: A combination of 5 screwdrivers {aka Vodka Tapuzim} and dancing till 6am does not go well with 10am workshops.)
