Summer is just around the Corner...
How
time flies... can't believe half a year is almost over... and
we're already into the summertime dance shows, such as "So
You Think You Can Dance - Season 4" and on June 22nd, "America's
Favourite Dance Crew - Season 2".
The preliminaries for "America's Favourite Dance Crew"
only aired in the US Bravo channel, but you can watch the show
from this link.
And at the end of this month, start looking out for all the outdoor
free dance festivals at different locations, such as Harbourfront
and Salsa on St. Clair.
For myself, I've been in and out of the clubs and at different
dance events, but have been spending quite a bit of my time back
in the gym 4-5 days a week taking a variety of classes for weight
training, body flow (pilates-yoga), combat and cardio; and mixing
them all up for a total body workout.
And it's interesting to see how different muscle groups react
and what gets affected while dancing -- but that could be a story
in itself for another day.
